We use automated tools, including large language models, to review submitted insurance policies and determine whether they meet your school's coverage requirements. In some cases, these automated tools may reject a submitted policy without prior human review. If your policy is not accepted, we will notify you, and you may request that GradGuard staff manually review the determination. We test and monitor these tools on an ongoing basis for accuracy.
